Prices and Taxes: 

1.1 The prices displayed on our website or provided by our staff are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

1.2 The Hotel reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but the price for a confirmed reservation will not be changed unless circumstances beyond our control require it.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:

2.1 Payment for your stay is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.2 We accept major credit cards and cash as valid forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

2.3 A valid credit card must be presented at check-in, and an incidental deposit may be authorized to cover any additional charges incurred during your stay.

2.4 In the event of early check-out or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged unless otherwise specified in your booking terms.

Traveling with Minors: 

3.1 Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

3.2 If traveling with minors, it is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure the safety and behavior of the children throughout their stay.

Accessibility or Special Needs: 

4.1 The Hotel strives to provide accessible facilities for guests with disabilities or special needs. Please inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking.

4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee the availability of specific equipment or facilities.

Parking: 

5.1 The Hotel provides parking facilities for guests. However, availability may be limited, and additional charges may apply.

5.2 The Hotel does not assume liability for any damage or loss to vehicles parked on the premises.

Hotel Events: 

6.1 The Hotel may host events or functions on the premises, which could result in noise and limited access to certain areas. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions to guests during these occasions.

Dispute Resolution/Issues: 

7.1 Any issues or disputes regarding your stay should be brought to the attention of the Hotel management immediately, so that we may attempt to resolve them promptly and to your satisfaction.

7.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where the Hotel is situated.

Use of Personal Information: 

8.1 The Hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Liability: 

9.1 The Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay, including items stored in the hotel safe.

9.2 Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property, fixtures, or furnishings resulting from their actions or negligence.

Force Majeure: 

10.1 The Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.

Third Party Rights: 

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of the guest and the Hotel and are not intended to confer any rights on any third parties.

Waiver: 

12.1 Any failure by the Hotel to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Severance: 

13.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Pool Usage: 

14.1 The swimming pool is available for use by registered hotel guests only.

14.2 Guests must comply with the pool rules and regulations as posted within the pool area.

14.3 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

14.4 Guests use the pool facilities at their own risk. The Hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

By making a reservation and/or staying at our hotel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
